Nelson Mullins Riley & Scarborough LLP represented Stord, Inc., an on-demand warehousing software company in its $31 million Series B financing led by Founders Fund.
This round of funding will power Stord's growth as it builds the first end-to-end cloud supply chain. In addition to Founders Fund. the Series B round also included participation from existing investors Kleiner Perkins, Susa Ventures, Dynamo, as well as new investors such as Good Friends Fund and B-Capital.
Stord provides a logistics network and software to shippers so they can build fast, scalable, and technology-driven supply chains at a fraction of what it would cost for shippers to build themselves.
The Nelson Mullins team representing Stord in the Series B financing included Doug Spear, George Akers, and Bethany Barclay-Adeniyi. Nelson Mullins has served as Stord’s outside general counsel since inception.
