Nelson Mullins Represents Workstreet in Strategic Growth Investment by Coalesce Capital

Nelson Mullins recently represented Workstreet, a San Francisco-based provider of A.I.-native compliance and cybersecurity solutions, in its strategic growth investment from private equity firm Coalesce Capital.

Workstreet helps organizations in regulated industries build scalable cybersecurity, privacy, and compliance programs by combining deep domain expertise with AI-powered solutions. Workstreet serves more than 1,000 customers worldwide, helping businesses turn security and compliance into drivers of growth.

Coalesce Capital's investment will support Workstreet's next phase of growth through continued investments in talent, technology, and go-to-market expansion, strengthening the company's position as a trusted compliance and cybersecurity partner for high-growth enterprises. Workstreet's founders and management team will remain significant investors in the business. 

Financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed.

Nelson Mullins serving as legal counsel to Workstreet team was led by partner Brian Gillespie (Charleston and Atlanta) and included senior associates Amanda Downing and Mary Margaret Peebles, and associate Ethan Delashmit. AGC Partners served as Workstreet's financial advisor.
