BALTIMORE — A Nelson Mullins team represented Palmetto Exterminators, a leading provider of pest-control services in South Carolina, North Carolina, and Georgia, in its majority recapitalization by CenterOak Partners LLC, a Dallas-based private equity firm. With this sale, the current senior team of Palmetto Exterminators will continue to lead the company. In addition, the selling family will still have an equity interest in the company.
This deal was led by Nelson Mullins partners Tim Hodge and Daniel Fitzgerald, and associate Amanda Chong. The team received tax support from partners Wells Hall and Tim Wagner, and real estate support from senior associate Adam Scharff. Palmetto’s financial advisors were Lance Tullius and David Shankar of LR Tullius. The Dallas office of Gibson Dunn represented CenterOak.
