Nelson Mullins Riley & Scarborough LLP represented Nexa|EAM in the sale to Transcat, a North American service provider of measurement and test equipment and calibration for high-tech industries like pharmaceutical, life science, defense, and power generation.

Nexa is an Ireland-based life sciences company that provides calibration and other technical services to pharmaceutical, biotechnology, and medical device companies worldwide.

The partnership between Nexa and Transcat will allow for further growth for both companies by applying Nexa’s approach to managing cost, efficiency, and reliability, while also expanding Transcat’s geographic reach.
