Nelson Mullins Riley & Scarborough, LLP represented Azalea Capital in its acquisition of Fischer Restoration, LLC, a Virginia-based franchisee of Rainbow Restoration. The transaction closed on December 17, 2025.

The transaction further expands Azalea Capital’s restoration services platform in the Mid-Atlantic region through its portfolio company, Southeastern Restoration Holdings, Inc., and marks Azalea Capital’s third investment in the Rainbow Restoration franchise system.

The Nelson Mullins deal team was led by partner Brittany M. McIntosh, with the debt side led by Kelsie Willet, and support from Troy Varrasse and Lily Shannon.

Rainbow Restoration, a division of Neighborly® home services, provides residential and commercial restoration and cleaning services, including water, smoke, and fire damage restoration, mold remediation, and reconstruction.

The transaction included equity co-investment from existing shareholders of Southeastern Restoration Holdings and senior debt financing.
