Nelson Mullins represented Ram Tool Construction Supply Co., LLC in the definitive agreement to be acquired by White Cap Supply Holdings, LLC. White Cap provides concrete supplies to professional contractors including accessories, chemicals, tools, equipment, fasteners, safety products, and more. Ram Tool is a distributor of construction supplies that is headquartered in Birmingham, Alabama.

Given this acquisition and the alignment of Ram Tool and White Cap’s missions, this will allow them to provide more knowledgeable and customer-centric service. Together they will also be able to further enhance their customer’s experience by increasing their products, locations, and services.
