Congratulations to Nelson Mullins’ privacy professionals who earned IAPP certifications to further their education.
The following certifications have recently been earned:
Partner Brad Moody earned his Certified Information Privacy Professional – Canada (CIPP/C) certification. The education ensures the professional has common knowledge and understanding of related practice areas in association with Canadian information privacy laws, principles, and practices at the federal, provincial, and territorial levels. This is Brad’s second certification as he has held his CIPP/US certification since 2018.
Of counsel Blythe Lollar and senior associates Alex Espinoza, James Pagano, and Ashleigh Smaha each earned their Certified Information Privacy Professional – United States (CIPP/US) certification. These credentials exhibit an established framework and knowledge for privacy laws, regulations, and information privacy within the US.
Of counsel Mallory Acheson earned her Certified Information Privacy Manager (CIPM) certification. The CIPM designation exhibits the professional’s knowledge in privacy program administration and the ability to establish, maintain, and manage a privacy program.
The International Association of Privacy Professionals (IAPP) is a global information privacy community and offers a variety of sought-after global training and certification program for privacy and data protection.
