The achievement distinguishes Rechsteiner as a board certified specialist or expert in the practice area of construction law with special knowledge, skills and proficiency, and a reputation for professionalism and ethics.

Rechsteiner is a member of the firm’s construction law and litigation team. His construction practice includes litigation relating to delay and disruption claims, payment disputes, construction liens, bond claims, complex litigation including construction defect claims, products liability claims arising in the construction context, and business torts arising in the construction context. As part of these claims, he represents owners, contractors and their sureties, as well as subcontractors.
