Shaun is a member of the construction law and litigation team. His construction practice includes litigation relating to delay and disruption claims, payment disputes, construction liens, bond claims, complex litigation including construction defect claims, products liability claims arising in the construction context, and business torts arising in the construction context.  As part of these claims, he represents owners, contractors and their sureties, as well as subcontractors.

He has represented clients in state and federal courts, as well as before the American Arbitration Association. In addition to his experience in construction litigation, Shaun also has experience handling claims in the areas of commercial and business litigation, business torts, products liability, trademark infringement, insurance coverage disputes, appellate practice, and probate and trust litigation.

  • Trial team member on several complex, multi–party delay and contract breach claims on significant commercial and public infrastructure work projects
  • Currently handling over $25 million in defect claims on multi–family projects valued in excess of $100 million
  • Successfully obtained final summary judgment in favor of client in breach of fiduciary duty matter that was affirmed on appeal
