A Nelson Mullins team led by Lori Anne Czepiel recently represented Settlement Infrastructure Inc. and its founders in the acquisition from Canada’s Geeq Ltd. strategic FinTech patents and other IP assets for a multi-chain blockchain platform with a proprietary “proof of honesty” verification infrastructure for data integrity and secure payments. The debt and equity transaction positions the client to commercialize the IP assets worldwide.
