Nelson Mullins Broadens Franchise and Distribution Practice with Boston Litigation Partner

BOSTON – Nelson Mullins Riley & Scarborough LLP is pleased to welcome Dallin Wilson as a partner in its Boston office. Wilson joins the firm from Seyfarth Shaw LLP and brings extensive experience representing businesses, manufacturers, real estate developers, and other stakeholders in complex litigation.

Wilson focuses his practice on automotive franchise disputes, commercial real estate litigation, trade secret matters, and other complex business conflicts. He advises clients through every stage of litigation, from pre-suit strategy and emergency injunctive proceedings to trial and appeal.

“Dallin is an accomplished trial lawyer with a strong reputation in the automotive and commercial real estate sectors,” said Steve McKelvey, leader of the Business and Distribution Litigation Team. “His deep litigation experience, strategic approach to client service, and industry knowledge make him an excellent addition to our Boston office and our national litigation platform.”

Wilson is widely recognized for his work in franchise, distribution, and dealer-network litigation in the automotive industry. He represents manufacturers in disputes involving franchise relationships, dealer operations, regulatory compliance, and related commercial matters. He also advises clients on emerging legal issues involving vehicle-generated data, including right-to-repair and data-access frameworks.

In addition, Wilson maintains an active commercial real estate litigation practice, representing developers, landlords, tenants, investors, and property owners in disputes arising from acquisitions, development projects, leasing, construction, and property operations. His experience includes lease disputes, development-related litigation, construction and contract claims, business torts, and matters involving large-scale real estate developments.

“Nelson Mullins has built a strong platform for serving clients facing complex business challenges across industries,” Wilson said. “I am excited to join the firm’s talented team and look forward to helping clients navigate high-stakes disputes and achieve their business objectives.”
