WASHINGTON, D.C. – Firm securities partner Andy Tucker and associate Wei Zhou closed an initial public offering (IPO) of $75 million. The two represented EF Hutton, acting as sole book runner for Parsec Capital Acquisitions Corp. The offering is 7.5 million units at an offering price of $10 per unit listed on the Nasdaq Global Market (“Nasdaq”) and began trading on October 6.
EF Hutton, a division of Benchmark Investments, LLC, is a global, full-service, investment bank headquartered in New York, N.Y.
Parsec Capital Acquisitions Corp. is a special purpose acquisition company (SPAC) formed for the purpose of effecting a merger or other similar business combination with one or more businesses.
Tucker is a corporate and securities advisor to growing companies, particularly in the technology and government contracting sectors. He assists his clients with a broad variety of transactional support, including venture capital and private equity transactions, joint ventures, mergers and acquisitions, and public and private securities offerings.
Zhou represents lenders, developers, owners, and operators in a variety of commercial real estate and finance matters including the development, financing, acquisition, disposition, and operation of multifamily properties, as well as loan servicing matters.
