Nelson Mullins Riley & Scarborough LLP recently served as legal advisor to ZeroToOne.AI (“ZeroToOne”), a leader in predictive behavioral intelligence, in connection with its acquisition of GroundTruth, a scaled real‑world platform that captures and processes billions of daily interactions across the physical world.

The combination is intended to deploy a large-scale predictive intelligence platform designed to anticipate real-world consumer behavior with greater precision and move enterprise decision systems from reactive analytics to forward-looking intelligence. The transaction integrates ZeroToOne’s proprietary, patent‑pending Large Behavioral Model with GroundTruth’s large-scale signal network and extensive customer base, which includes more than 2,000 enterprise customers globally.

Early deployments of ZeroToOne’s predictive intelligence across a subset of GroundTruth’s customers have delivered measurable performance improvements, such as a 70% reduction in media costs and a 45% increase in ROI, achieved with over 85% prediction accuracy and improved decision efficiency. Additionally, GroundTruth leadership is expected to join ZeroToOne to strengthen the combined executive team and support continuity for customers, employees, and partners.
