Nelson Mullins Advises Client 1transfer in Becoming a Leading Transfer Agent in the Digital World
Richard B. Levin, the chair of Nelson Mullins FinTech and Regulation Practice, Kevin Tran, and Kaylen Loflin, recently advised a group of FinTech firms in the formation of a new joint venture, 1transfer Holdings, LLC. The joint venture will operate a transfer agent that planes to provide a low-cost, blockchain technology solution for transfer service operations. The 1transfer platform will provide cap table management, digital contracts, and investor identification technology.
