Kim joins the firm from the multinational Fortune Global 500® company, Hanwha Group, where he most recently served as General Counsel.
Kim brings extensive experience advising multinational companies and investors on complex energy and infrastructure projects. His background includes mergers and acquisitions, venture capital and strategic investments, project financing, tax equity partnerships, joint ventures, and regulatory compliance.
