He represents multinational companies, private equity sponsors, venture capital investors, and energy infrastructure businesses in connection with mergers and acquisitions, strategic investments, project finance transactions, fund formations, and other corporate matters. Shawn has significant experience with transactions involving renewable energy, battery energy storage systems, energy transition technologies, LNG, midstream infrastructure, and other projects throughout the United States and internationally. His experience includes leading acquisitions of energy storage, solar, and battery storage project companies across multiple U.S. markets, advising on venture and growth-stage financings, renewable energy infrastructure and venture capital fund formations, and counseling clients on project finance, tax equity, and tax credit transfer transactions for large-scale energy infrastructure projects.
