MINNEAPOLIS – Rachelle V. Anderson, a partner in Nelson Mullins Riley & Scarborough LLP’s Minneapolis office, has been named to the 2022 list of Minnesota Super Lawyers Rising Stars for product liability defense.
Her practice is focused on defending medical device manufacturers in complex, high-profile litigation. Her trial experience involves plaintiff cross-examination as well as arguing Daubert and other trial motions. With medical device experience that includes the defense of pain pumps, men’s health products, pelvic mesh, inferior vena cava filters, hip implants, and spinal implants and devices, Anderson has handled cases in some of the country’s toughest jurisdictions including California, Florida, Minnesota, Missouri, Montana, and Texas. She has also defended corporations and long-term care facilities in contract disputes, software defects, wrongful death, and negligence lawsuits.
