Rachelle is a products liability lawyer with a practice focused on defending medical device manufacturers in complex, high-profile litigation. Her trial experience involves plaintiff cross-examination as well as arguing Daubert and other trial motions.

With medical device experience that includes the defense of pain pumps, men’s health products, pelvic mesh, inferior vena cava filters, hip implants, and spinal implants and devices, Rachelle has handled cases in some of the country’s toughest jurisdictions including California, Florida, Minnesota, Missouri, Montana, and Texas.

Rachelle is also skilled in client relations and has advised in-house counsel on case strategy to advance the desired litigation outcome. She is adept at developing the corporate story, and has worked with internal product teams, including engineers, designers, and other subject matter experts, to guide the legal aspects of the company and product story.

Rachelle has also defended corporations and long-term care facilities in contract disputes, software defects, wrongful death, and negligence lawsuits.
