Orlando Partner Jeremy Springhart has been appointed to the Building and Fire Codes Board of Appeal (BFCBA) for the City of Orlando.

The BFCBA is one of Orlando's citizen advisory boards. Members hear appeals from decisions by the Fire Chief and Building Official in resolving conflicts between the Building and Fire Prevention Codes. Springhart's term is for two years.

Springhart is a board certified construction attorney with more than 18 years of experience handling a wide range of construction, development, and design matters. His experience involves projects in most construction sectors, with project values ranging well into the hundreds of millions of dollars. Springhart is also a highly seasoned trial attorney with over 20 jury trials and dozens of evidentiary hearings, and he has both defended and prosecuted claims of construction and design defects.
