COLUMBIA, S.C. – Three firm partners and one associate, who advise clients on privacy matters, have recently earned certifications through the International Association of Privacy Professionals (IAPP) to further their education.
Certified Information Privacy Professional – Europe (CIPP/E)
Baltimore Partner Mike Halaiko has earned his CIPP/E certification, showing he has an extensive understanding and knowledge of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) in Europe to ensure compliance and data protection success.
Certified Information Privacy Professional – United States (CIPP/US)
Raleigh Partner Trish Markus, Greenville Partner Daniel Lumm and Columbia associate Shannon Coy have each earned their CIPP/US certification. These credentials exhibit an established framework and knowledge for privacy laws, regulations, and information privacy within the United States.
