“Nelson Mullins has such a great reputation and incredible depth of experience. We are beyond excited and honored to be here to build the New York region litigation practice,” said Kaufman.  “Lisa and I very much share the same enthusiasm for practicing law and for applying creative problem solving to provide the best outcome that fits with the business realities facing our clients. We always look at the big picture, both with respect to the matters that we are handling, but also in relation to our relationship with our clients. Our goal is always to exceed the expectations of our clients and build long-term relationships,” Kaufman added.

Kaufman litigates complex commercial cases in New York and New Jersey state and federal courts and also litigates in various states across the country for his clients. He earned his JD from Fordham University School of Law in 1999 and a BA, cum laude, from Brandeis University in 1996.

Herbert represents individuals and corporations throughout all phases of the pre-litigation, litigation, and appeals process in state and federal courts of New York and New Jersey.
