Greenwood and Moody both hold Certified Information Privacy Professional (CIPP/US) designations from the International Association of Privacy Professionals.
“This is a well-rounded, highly skilled team that will be an asset to our firm and our clients,” said Managing Partner Jim Lehman. “Their arrival complements our current robust privacy / security / breach notification offerings and strengthens us in this area. We welcome them to the firm.”

“In managing data incidents, we take a personal approach and really dig deeply into the business and technical facts to help put our clients in the best possible position for quick and successful remediation and response. It is truly a pleasure to assist clients when they are their most vulnerable. We try never to lose sight of the fact that they had a choice but entrusted us to assist them. We hold ourselves to a high standard for the sake of our clients whose businesses are at serious risk, and we seek to treat our clients the way we would want to be treated,” Greenwood said.
Moody counsels clients in responses to cybersecurity and other data incidents and defends ensuing governmental investigations and actions. He has extensive experience across a broad range of cyber incidents.
