Orlando's Hollie Croft Earns Regional Real Estate Award
Connect CRE, a national commercial real estate publication, named Orlando partner Hollie A. Croft as one of its 2025 Lawyers in Real Estate Award winners. Croft was one of 10 attorneys awarded in the Florida and Gulf Coast region.
The Lawyers in Real Estate Awards recognize attorneys who have distinguished themselves through both their practice in real estate-related matters and the contributions they have made as members of the industry and the community. They include founders and corporate counsel, as well as real estate partners and department leaders.
Connect CRE noted a pair of Croft's recent matters, including her work with a nonprofit organization, where she helped obtain tax credits, tax credit equity, and conventional construction loans. Her work in securing $315 million of funding from the U.S. Housing and Urban Development for a real estate and management company was also cited.
Croft was also selected for the same award in 2021.
As co-chair of the firm’s affordable housing practice, Croft represents for-profit and nonprofit developers in the development, acquisition, construction, rehabilitation, operation, and sale of affordable multifamily housing for families and seniors throughout the United States and Puerto Rico, utilizing a wide range of federal, state and local affordable housing programs. She also represents developers in market rate transactions.
