Partner Kraig Long was featured by Law360 for his move to Nelson Mullins earlier in June and what that entails for both his career as well as the firm's services.

Long brings 20 years of experience to his practice in employment law, which he says he enjoys for the human element of interacting with clients and their employees. Baltimore Business Journal has recognized Long as a Leader in Diversity, and he received an award at his previous firm for his impact as chief of the Diversity and Inclusion Committee.

Long said that his biggest achievement has been championing diversity and inclusion in the law firms where he has worked over the past 20 years. "I am looking forward to continuing that at Nelson Mullins," Long told Law360.
