Baltimore Pro Bono Spotlight: Nelson Mullins
Kids in Need of Defense
Kids in Need of Defense (KIND) is one or many pro bono organizations for which the firm provides pro bono legal services. The Baltimore KIND team chose Nelson Mullins attorneys Kaitlin Motley, Katie Burrows, Kevin Penhallegon, Maria Penuela, Mike Halaiko, and Rob Lindholm for their December 2020 Pro Bono Attorney Spotlight. The organization noted that the Nelson Mullins team was recognized by multiple KIND attorneys for its dedication its client. “In particular, the Nelson Mullins attorneys took the initiative to coordinate across the firm’s offices to secure continued representation for the client after his relocation to another state."
