Nelson Mullins partner Richard Levin, chair of the firm’s FinTech practice, and of counsel Kevin Tran have contributed a chapter to FinTech Laws and Regulations 2022. The chapter, titled “Crypto Pennies Saved, Crypto Pennies Lost,” presents an introduction to traditional yield producing instruments, the development of crypto currency savings and yield producing instruments, how such instruments are regulated, and methods and problems with offering crypto currency with regards to regulatory compliance.
