Nelson Mullins partners Richard Levin, Brad Rustin, Craig Nazzaro, and of counsel Kevin Tranlau launched Nelson Mullins FinTech University Series with the first webinar, "What is FinTech?" The webinar introduced the world of FinTech and the industries that are rapidly changing because of it.

Levin chairs the firm's FinTech and Regulation Practice. He is one of the first lawyers to focus on the regulation of blockchain and digital assets. He is considered a thought leader in the FinTech space. 

Rustin chairs the firm's Financial Services Regulatory Practice. He focuses on consumer financial services litigation and defense of regulatory claims against chartered and non-chartered financial institutions, finance entities, and money services business. 

Nazzaro is a partner focusing on banking and financial services. He advises a variety of entities on all regulatory and compliance issues that impact the financial services industry including banks, non-bank lenders, servicers, investors, third party payment processors, and debt collectors.

Tran serves as of counsel in the banking and financial services industry. He assists clients in matters related to financial regulatory, FinTech, corporate and securities issues.
