Nelson Mullins healthcare partners Ed White and Gabriel Imperato will be speaking at the South Florida Hospital GC Forum on March 3rd, 2022. Their session will cover developments in hospital and physician compensation arrangements, best practices for hospitals and health systems, and criteria for value-based arrangements.

Ed White is a partner at Nelson Mullins and specializes in corporate, partnership, healthcare, taxation, and nonprofit law. He has counseled clients on a variety of regulatory issues that impact healthcare transactions, including issues that implicate the Stark law, the Anti-Kickback Statute and other Medicare and Medicaid laws that affect healthcare transactions.  

Gabriel's personal practice includes representing individuals and organizations accused of healthcare fraud and assisting and advising healthcare organizations on corporate governance and compliance matters. Gabriel is board certified as a specialist in Health Law by the Florida Bar.
