Partner Lucie Cohen will present on e-discovery at an SC Bar CLE entitled "Select Topics in South Carolina Civil Procedure."
Serving as discovery counsel to clients, Cohen often uses e-discovery when coordinating the complex litigation matters and government investigations that she works on. Cohen has previously spoken on e-discovery and data management for the Electronic Discovery Institute and the Association of Corporate Counsel.
Other speakers include S.C. Supreme Court Justice John C. Few; the Honorables Aphrodite K. Konduros, Anne Gue Jones, and Letitia H. Verdin; and professors from University of South Carolina School of Law. The CLE will be held from 8:30 a.m. to 4:45 p.m, and Cohen will present at 11:30 a.m.
