SaaS Agreements: Contract Considerations & Privacy Pitfalls with Nelson Mullins
Baltimore managing partner Timothy Hodge and Atlanta partner Tori Silas will give a presentation on Software as a Service (SaaS) and the privacy and contract considerations that naturally arise when businesses decide to utilize online software tools during an Association of Corporate Counsel – Baltimore presentation March 5 beginning at noon at McCormick & Schmick’s restaurant.
Silas served for more than 14 years as in-house counsel and legal strategist at a large law firm, and Hodge has provided outside general counsel for businesses in the Mid-Atlantic region and beyond.
