Boston partner Susan Davis will participate in a webinar on “Negotiating & Drafting Office & Retail Leases” during a Massachusetts Continuing Legal Education broadcast. She and other panelists will examine and compare office and retail leasing transactions and identify their key similarities, as well as important differences. The faculty also will analyze how retail leasing has been affected by the Internet and e-commerce and how office leasing has been influenced by millennials in the work force.

Davis practices commercial real estate law and represents owners and investors in complex real estate transactions involving all types of commercial real estate properties. She has been recognized by Commercial Real Estate Women’s Network as one of the leading women commercial real estate attorneys within the Greater Boston region. She is a founder of the Suburban Professional Women’s Network.
