Representative Transactions

  • Represented real estate investment firm in the acquisition, disposition, development, recapitalization, and financing of multifamily properties, including recent projects in Massachusetts, New Hampshire, Maine, Pennsylvania, Rhode Island, and New York
  • Represented public owner in transit orientated development projects, including drafting and negotiation of ground leases, development agreements and easement agreements
  • Represented real estate firm in the acquisition, disposition, financing, and leasing of office and industrial properties, including acquisitions of industrial portfolios in Massachusetts, North Carolina, and Connecticut
  • Represented several owners of downtown Boston and suburban office, industrial, and retail buildings in the leasing of such properties as well as financing transactions
  • Experienced in drafting complex reciprocal easement agreements for a variety of commercial real estate projects, including mixed use developments
