IMGL 2026 Spring Conference
Atlanta partner Josh Kirschner will participate in International Masters of Gaming Law’s (IMGL) 2026 Spring Conference in Arlington, VA from April 29-May 1.
Moderating the session, “Offshore, Onshore, Convenience Store – Illegal Gambling and Enforcement Options,” alongside panelists Andrew Cotton with Irwin Mitchell LLP, Arlo Devlin-Brown with Treanor Devlin Brown PLLC, Tina Alagna with the Michigan Gaming Control Board, and Andromeda Morrison with the Ohio Casino Control Commission, Kirschner will analyze three primary channels of illegal gambling: offshore operators offering web-based games, domestic companies running online unregulated real-money platforms, and the ongoing spread of unregulated slot routes across the United States. The panel will also examine multi-agency coordination and enforcement strategies.
Kirschner plays a key role in the firm’s Gaming Industry Group practice. His work focuses on advising gaming clients on litigation, regulatory and strategic risk assessment in connection with various gaming operations, business transactions and disputes, and crisis management and response.
