At the Tennessee Bankers Association Bank Directors Retreat on Friday, Oct. 27, Nelson Mullins partner Mark Miller will moderate a panel titled "Hot Topics for Bank Directors from the Bankers’ Perspective." The panel will be from 8:40 a.m. to 9:10 a.m., and will cover a discussion around trending topics facing banks that directors should know about as they provide leadership and guidance to their institutions. 

Miller has extensive experience in financial institution regulation, the acquisition and sale of financial institutions and other entities, formation of de novo community banks, and corporate governance and emerging company issues.
