Nelson Mullins partners Richard Levin and Stuart Russell, along with of counsel Kevin Tran, will speak on panels at Harrisburg University's virtual monthly Crypto Conference series. The conference, "Shred the System: Driving the Crypto & Blockchain Revolution" will focus on cryptocurrency, Bitcoin, and blockchain technology featuring experienced FinTech professionals.
During this day-long conference, the three attorneys will participate on the panel, "Developing Your Own Crypto / Digital Currency," from 10:15 to 11 a.m. They will be joined by Tellor chief technology officer Nicholas Fett, and moderator Andrew Hacker.
Levin and Russell will also participate on a second panel, "Regulating Cryptocurrency," from 2:30 to 3:15 p.m. joined by Todd Cipperman, founding principal of Cipperman Compliance Services; Gerard Dache, executive director of the Government Blockchain Association; and, Frank Gilligan, counsel at Dickinson Wright.
Levin is chair of the firm's FinTech and Regulation Practice and was one of the first lawyers to focus on the regulation of blockchain and digital assets. He is considered a thought leader in the FinTech space.
Russell focuses his practice on commercial litigation and has been an investor in cryptocurrency for nearly a decade.
Tran assists clients in matters related to financial regulatory, FinTech, corporate and securities issues.
