Lacey Corona, of counsel in Nelson Mullins' Orlando office, presented "Getting Served: Legalities and Risks of Airport Contractual Agreements," a national webinar put on by the Transportation Research Board. The webinar was held on March 12 from 2 to 3:30 p.m. Corona has been involved in some of Florida's largest infrastructure, transportation, and development projects.
Corona's presentation focused on many types of common contracts used for airport laborers based on studies from the Airport Cooperative Research Program. The webinar will also feature updates and information on how to incorporate labor-harmony and labor-peace agreements.
Corona focuses much of her practice on infrastructure and private-public partnerships, construction, and employment and labor. She was chosen as a 2018 Legal Elite Up & Comer by Florida Trend Magazine.
