Nelson Mullins partner Richard Schuler will be participating in an A.I. panel called "I'm Afraid I Can't Do That, Dave" - Artificial Intelligence in Finance and Development at the 29th annual Georgia Affordable Housing Coalition conference and trade show. 

The panel name is a reference to Stanley Kubrick's 1968 film 2001: A Space Odyssey, in which the on-board artificial intelligence HAL 9000 computer and the human astronauts find themselves at odds. The discussion will revolve around A.I. use in the real estate development industry.
