FinTech University Series

Continuing the FinTech University series, join Nelson Mullins attorneys Richard Levin, Katherine Baker, Craig Nazzaro, and Kevin Tran for this one-hour session, "FinTech and Gaming." Continuing Legal Education (CLE) credit will be sought for all attorneys requesting. 

Levin chairs the firm's FinTech and Regulation Practice. He is one of the first lawyers to focus on the regulation of blockchain and digital assets. He advises clients on corporate, FinTech, securities, and regulatory issues, and is considered a thought leader in the FinTech space.

Baker represents businesses and individuals in a wide variety of complex civil litigation and is a trusted advisor in the areas of gaming law, higher education law, employment law and public policy. A primary focus of her practice is assisting casino gaming operators,  vendors, and entrepreneurs to navigate the state and federal commercial and tribal gaming landscape.

Nazzaro advises a variety of entities on all regulatory and compliance issues that impact the financial services industry including banks, non-bank lenders, servicers, investors, third party payment processors, and debt collectors. He also defends clients against charges of liability and regulatory violations.

Tran assists clients in matters related to financial regulatory, FinTech, corporate and securities issues. He gained experience at the Federal Reserve Board in Washington, D.C., where he was a Financial Policy Analyst in the Capital and Regulatory Policy group in the Division of Supervision and Regulation as well as the Policy Advisor/Chief of Staff to the Deputy Director of Regulatory Policy.
