Continuing the FinTech University series, join Richard Levin, chair of Nelson Mullins’ FinTech and Regulation Practice, and Nelson Mullins partner Erin Kolmansberger, and senior associate Bethany Barclay-Adeniyi, for “Diversity in FinTech.” In this one-hour session, they will examine diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) efforts within the FinTech industry. They will be joined by Ollen Douglass, the CEO of Hanover Street Advisors, and Aliah Greene, the COO of Percapita.

Levin leads the firm's FinTech and Regulation Practice. He advises clients on corporate, FinTech, securities, and regulatory issues.

Kolmansberger assists clients in regulatory and compliance issues, helping them respond to subpoenas and other alleged violations. She advises clients on their compliance obligations and legal risks in their business. She also helps clients plan and navigate internal investigations. In the financial sector, she assists clients in negotiating and drafting master service agreements between banks and FinTechs.

Barclay-Adeniyi focuses her practice in a variety of aspects in technology and corporate law.
