Discharge Injunction Violation Issues
Dylan Trache, partner in the Firm's Washington, D.C office, will participate on a panel at the Virginia State Bar Annual Bankruptcy Practice Seminar on discharge injunction violation issues. Along with Keith L. Phillips and Karen Crowley, Trache will discuss up-to-date case law and practice tips in such cases, including whether a creditor's intent could negate a finding of civil contempt.
Trache practices in bankruptcy and financial restructuring. He has represented a diverse array of clients in industries that include mass media, legal services, aviation, retail, manufacturing, and food and beverage.
