Attorneys John Haley, Mitch Boyarsky, and Kristin Ahr will present COVID-19: Considerations and Plans for Reopening Your Business in conjunction with Spain-U.S. Chamber of Commerce.
The webinar, presented by the Nelson Mullins Labor and Employment group, will cover employer legal issues and related considerations for reopening business and returning employees to a safe work environment. Specific subjects will include access to physical locations, screening employees and visitors, maintaining sanitary conditions, managing the physical workplace, establishing an isolation facility (for sick employees), conducting employee testing, training employees and managers, handling leaves of absences, returning an employee to work after illness, and navigating related wage and hour matters.
