Council on State Taxation Southeast Regional State Tax Seminar

“Market Based Sourcing and Alternative Apportionment”

Four Nelson Mullins attorneys presented updates on significant tax issues for southeastern states during the Council on State Taxation’s Southeast Regional State Tax Seminar April 10 sponsored by Nelson Mullins and Deloitte. 

Charlotte partner Wells Hall participated in a panel entitled “Federal Tax Reform – Deciphering the State Tax Implications.” Raleigh partners Reed Hollander and Charles Mercer participated in “Discussion of State Tax Cases, Issues & Policy Matters to Watch.” Hollander and Charleston, S.C. partner John Von Lehe will provided insights on “Market Based Sourcing and Alternative Apportionment.”
