Christina Lehm and Mark Raymond to Present to German Chamber of Commerce

Partner Christina Lehm will travel to Ulm, Germany to present to the Chamber of Commerce on April 24, 2023. Her presentation will focus on strategic considerations when entering contracts in the United States and what to expect when litigating in the U.S.

Firm partner Mark Raymond will also be a co-presenter with Lehm.

The event is a roundtable that includes other presenters, including from the U.S. Consulate General in Frankfurt, the Delegation of German Industry and Commerce in Washington, D.C. as well as local business owners. Overall, the roundtable addresses the challenges international businesses meet when conducting business in the U.S.

The German Chamber of Commerce and Industry represents the general interest of the commercial sector at federal and European levels. It coordinates the network of more than 150 foreign Chambers of Commerce, delegations, and representative offices of German business in 93 countries.

Lehm advises her U.S. and international clients as their U.S. counsel, and in business disputes and represents them through all stages of litigation in state and federal courts and in arbitration.

Raymond has been involved in high-stakes complex commercial litigation for more than 35 years. His practice has included advising the Boards of Directors and General Counsel of many prominent companies, as well as Trustees of many substantial trusts.
