Anita Wallace Thomas to present at NAAAHR law update panel
Atlanta partner Anita Wallace Thomas will be a member of the 2018 National Association of African Americans in Human Resources (NAAAHR) Law Update panel on Oct. 10. She will address how companies can adapt to a changing legal landscape of new legislation, regulations, and legal opinions through revised human resources guidelines and policies.
Thomas has experience serving as counsel and advisor to local governments, defending clients against charges of employment discrimination, and counseling employers on the hiring and firing process. Her practice involves general commercial litigation, franchise litigation, employment litigation, drug and medical device litigation, product liability, and toxic tort.
