American Bankruptcy Institute’s 2022 Winter Leadership Conference

Nelson Mullins of counsel Adam Herring will be speaking at the American Bankruptcy Institute’s 2022 Winter Leadership Conference on December 9 in La Quinta, CA.
Adam will be speaking on a panel titled "Ethical Dilemmas in Consumer Practice and How to Handle Them: Where Do You Draw the Line?," which will discuss challenging ethical dilemmas impacting bankruptcy practitioners. The conference will feature topics designed for consumer and business practitioners, as well as financial advisors. It will provide numerous social and fun events to network and renew friendships with colleagues from around the nation and overseas.
Adam is a 2019 ABI “40 Under 40” honoree and focuses his practice on bankruptcy, restructuring, and related litigation.
