Fred Wood, Ben Chesson, and Nichole Hayden presented on trade secrets to the Association of Corporate Counsel's Charlotte Chapter on Oct. 17. Panelists were Chesson and Hayden of Nelson Mullins and Alex Stokas of Foodbuy, LLC. Wood moderated.
The panelists discussed their thinking on preventative measures that companies can take to protect their trade secrets and what to do in the case that they are appropriated. Nelson Mullins' Charlotte office hosted the event.
