AAPCP National Provider Compensation Conference
Bob Wade will serve as a keynote speaker at the American Association of Provider Compensation Professionals (AAPCP) National Provider Compensation & Workforce Strategy Conference on April 28, 2026, in Nashville, Tennessee.
His keynote, “The Importance of Monitoring of Provider Compensation Arrangements: The ‘Inside Scoop’ of the $10.8M St. Peter’s Health Settlement,” will examine the legal and regulatory risks associated with failing to monitor physician compensation arrangements. The presentation will focus on how such failures can lead to compensation exceeding fair market value and falling outside of commercial reasonableness standards.
Drawing from his direct experience as lead counsel, Bob will provide practical insights using the St. Peter’s Health (Helena, Montana) $10.8 million 2024 DOJ settlement as a case study, offering attendees a real-world perspective on enforcement trends and compliance best practices.
In addition, Bob will be presenting at the HCCA San Juan Regional Healthcare Compliance Conference (May 4–5, 2026), where he will deliver sessions on foundational compliance topics, including Stark Law, Anti-Kickback Statute, False Claims Act considerations, and hospital compliance best practices.
