Partner Brad Rustin to Present on “Regulation in Fintech: How to Build Responsibly”
Regulation, compliance, and enforcement actions have been trending words of late, striking fear into fintechs and the banks that sponsor them. On Tuesday, October 22, Brad Rustin, chair of the firm’s Financial Services Regulatory practice, will speak on a panel titled “Regulation in Fintech: How to Build Responsibly” hosted by NYPAY and PAYCLT.
Rustin and other panelists who have successfully collaborated with fintech and banking regulators across various sectors will delve into how to responsibly build a sustainable fintech partnership in today’s rapidly changing regulatory landscape. Other panelists include:
