MIAMI – For the second consecutive year, Nelson Mullins Riley & Scarborough LLP was recognized among the top international firms providing U.S. legal advice for clients in Latin America for its work in corporate/M&A by LatinVex, a publisher of daily news and weekly analysis on Latin American business.
According to LatinVex, its rankings for the top firms overall and in 17 subcategories, are based on factors such as value, prominence, scope of work and reference among clients and peers. The organization sends out a survey to law firms and bases its research on that.
Nelson Mullins’ Latin American and Caribbean Practice Team represents clients on a wide variety of corporate and financing transactions throughout the region.
