Having gained his experience as a civil trial attorney at one of the largest and most diverse law offices in America, Tristan has represented and defended a wide variety of clients, from individuals and small business owners to government agencies to multi-billion dollar corporations, in an array of civil matters, including personal injury and wrongful death, employment, labor law, municipal, administrative, civil rights, business torts, negligence, breach of contract, workers compensation, and federal tax. He has also successfully tried, litigated, and settled hundreds of matters at the state, federal, and appellate levels.
